Our Region

One of the pillars of GrowNYC Wholesale's mission is to support local farms and keep Northeast farmland in production. Our corner of the country boasts productive soils and unique microclimates that allow it to produce a tremendous bounty of local foods. More than 90% of GrowNYC Wholesale's farm partners are in New York State, and we also source from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New England. 

GrowNYC Wholesale always prioritizes local products when they are available, but we also recognize that New Yorkers eat all year round. In addition to the local products available throughout the year, such as apples, root vegetables, grains, and eggs, GrowNYC Wholesale sources select items from farm partners in the Southern US in the winter and spring. Our source farms outside the region adhere to the same standards as those in the Northeast and help us provide a wide variety of high-quality products year-round.
